 Welcome to Stockport Lads Club JFC

A friendly, energetic & forward thinking club with a commitment to coaching, player & coach development, & raising standards of behaviour in the game.

Offerton Park F.C was originally set up in 2010 for young adults aged 16+. In April 2011 an open aged player was interested in forming a junior football team so in August 2011 an under 7s team was set up by Matthew Bailey, Dave Brown & Darren Bowden. Matthew, Dave & Darren successfully apply for funding from "you say we pay" this was to help with the cost of equipment, football kits, and to put coaches through the level one coaching badges, child safeguarding, first aid qualification, and CRB checks. In just 4 weeks Offerton Park FC successfully applied to the FA for FA Charter Standard. 

Continuing on from that early start, the football club has since moved to Stockport Lads Club on Hempshaw Lane (along with the name change to Stockport Lads Club JFC), while remaining true to the safeguarding and ethics standard laid down by the starting crew. All coaches who work with children at Stockport Lads Club JFC are DBS checked.

As of January 2026 the group now have 3 full teams -  Under 12's, Under 13's, Under 14's & an Academy football group designed for any player in reception school group and up - for those kids to start their football journey. Website Migration

We are currenty in the process of moving the website to a new location and as we do so are completely renovating the look and feel of it so please be patient with us while we complete the process.
